Gallstones are solidified formations that develop in the gallbladder and may lead to serious health issues. While many people remain asymptomatic, those who do often experience biliary colic, identified by pain in the upper right abdomen and vomiting. In advanced cases, symptoms like fever, chills, and jaundice indicate potential complications like gallbladder inflammation or pancreatic involvement (pancreatitis).

Gallbladder infections, gallbladder inflammation, and even an increased chance of gallbladder cancer are among the significant risk factors linked to gallbladder stones. In this episode of the Gallbladder Stones Podcast, we will be exploring the causes, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment options for gallstones.
