Common symptoms of TB include persistent cough, chest pain, fever, night sweats, and weight loss. Treatment typically involves a long course of antibiotics, often lasting six months or more. Early diagnosis and adherence to prescribed medication are crucial for effective treatment and preventing the spread of the disease.
