Chymoral forte tablet is a common medicine and often prescribed alone or with one or two medicine to treat soft tissue injuries, fractures, dislocations, sprains, and strains.

It is also used to treat post-operative wounds, oedema, haematoma, pelvic inflammatory disease, episiotomy, abdominal hysterectomy, tooth extraction, peri-apical abscess, and maxillofacial surgery.

General considerations to follow while taking the Chymoral forte tablet

• Chymoral forte tablet is usually taken four times daily, half an hour before a meal or as the physician prescribes.
• The complete tablet should be swallowed to preserve the enteric coating.
• Do not chew or crush the Chymoral forte tablet.
• Avoid drug administration in case of any hyperreaction (the body reacts to the drug, which could induce mild to severe immune-mediated reactions), which include rash, anaphylaxis, and serum sickness.

• The digestive enzymes that break down lipids (lipases), starch (amylases), and proteins (proteases) are synthesised and produced by the pancreatic cells.
